Peppermint Essential Oil — Health Uses

Peppermint is one of the most versatile essential oils. One drop is equivalent to 28 cups of peppermint tea.

Health Uses

  • Drop of Peppermint with Lemon in water for a natural mouth rinse
  • Promotes clear airways and easy breathing when diffused
  • Rub a drop on your tummy for stomach upset
  • Combine with Lavender for sore muscles and joints
  • Inhale from the bottle for a non-stimulant pick-me-up
  • Diluted on temples for energetic feelings
  • 1-2 drops on temples, back of neck, and forehead for stress relief
  • Drop or two in a cold foot bath to cool off in summer

Always dilute with a carrier oil. Fractionated coconut oil is my favorite since it never goes rancid and adds no flavor or fragrance.
