Peppermint is one of the most versatile essential oils. One drop is equivalent to 28 cups of peppermint tea.
Health Uses
- Drop of Peppermint with Lemon in water for a natural mouth rinse
- Promotes clear airways and easy breathing when diffused
- Rub a drop on your tummy for stomach upset
- Combine with Lavender for sore muscles and joints
- Inhale from the bottle for a non-stimulant pick-me-up
- Diluted on temples for energetic feelings
- 1-2 drops on temples, back of neck, and forehead for stress relief
- Drop or two in a cold foot bath to cool off in summer
Always dilute with a carrier oil. Fractionated coconut oil is my favorite since it never goes rancid and adds no flavor or fragrance.
