Four Ways to Use
- 1-2 drops of each in a diffuser.
- One drop of each in your palm, rub hands together, cup to nose and breathe deeply.
- 1-2 drops of each with water and melted honey, swallow.
- Equal parts in a roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil. Roll on temples, neck, sinuses, and bottoms of feet.
